ALLIGATOR AT THE BLUE HOLE:

Only the 5 minutes from home

A little update

Ryley is doing great in school. She went Monday and Daddy dropped her off today. There was no crying either day. She was shy when dropped of Monday but she was very talkative a little while later. She told stories about Grover, our dog. She has a few friends that she has talked about a litlle. Monday night she asked where her teacher was, I told her in bed. Then she asked "Where are all my new friends?" Well she is doing great.
Her fever she gets has Not came since we moved here! Cross you fingers that it stays away. Ryley is doing great as you can tell.
Ryley and I went to the grocery store last night. It was fine the first half then out of nowhere it got very busy. I turned the corner and there was a line they had a festive evening. Samples and then Santa Claus!! She was very excited. Now you have to remember every year she has gotten closer to him but still scared. last year she stood next to him with me right next to her. When it was her time to get her picture taken with Santa. She walked up to him, gave him a cute little smirky smile then he held out his arms, Ryley climbed right into his arms sat on his lap smiling. Then she told him what she wants for Christmas from him. I want a skateboard. He said. "Oh my, well you have to be a very good girl". She shook her head yes. and I had to get her off his lap, She did not want to get down. but she stayed happy. There was a lady singing Christmas songs and playing the keyboard. afer Ryley got her 2 small candy canes, Balloon, crayons and color sheet from Santas elf. She danced and danced all the way out the door.
Who knew you could have so much fun on a normal trip to the Grocery store!
Yay, She likes Santa!
and out of all people, I did NOT have my camera. I took a picture with my camera phone, but they took a picture for only $1.99 and We pick it up in a week or so. I will post when we get the picture.
Love you all!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

Walking to her Classroom door

Gettting a little nervous

Ready for her 1st Day of School!

She started at 8:00 this morning. She was excited about going. We got there, Ryley was happy! We got to the door still smiling, but turned really shy. Inside the door, still the same. But when it was time for Mommy and Daddy to go, Ryley wasn't the same. She was sad, very sad. Mommy did good until I had to walk away with her crying loud, and squirming to get out of Ms. Anita's arms. but within a few seconds she wasn't crying as loud. Then after the 2nd parent came out of her classroom we could not hear anything, The mom said she was much better. So away we went. Bill went to work and I went looking for a job. About 3 hours later I went and picked
Ryley up and she was all smiles. She had a great time. We played school all the way home and when I asked what she did at school and she said "Can we talk about that later, Mom?"
She did say she wanted to go back with a Very Big smile on her face!
All in all a very good first day of school!!
