The Holidays are Here!

What a wonderful time of the year! I love it, as most of you know already! My Favorite Holiday is just around the corner! Merry Christmas!
Bill and I took Ryley to a great Christmas event Saturday Evening! We went to see Santa!! We were the first ones there. We were about an hour early. Which I am very glad we were. That put us first in line to see Santa and Mrs. Claus when they arrived on the Fire truck. All the kiddos loved it. We have pictures of course. Then since we were the first in line, Ryley got to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what she wanted for Christmas. Before she jumped up on his lap she just had to show Santa her ouchy and that she had a bandaid over it. Then She gave him a flower that we had to pick before we left the house just for Santa. After she got up on Santas Lap, This was a first time! Each year she got a little closer. The first year almost a year old, She Cryed and her face turned bright red terrified. Her second Christmas she did not want to touch him, cryed a little but was ok if mommy held her. Her third Christmas Ryley was excited, walked up to him but quickly backed up, She stood next to him with mommy's hand touching her back. and This year. Nothing to it! Ryley walked up to Santa after Mrs Claus told her it was time. She didn't even look to see where Mommy and Daddy were walking to. She showed off a little. Smelled Santas Flower that she gave him, and sat on his lap for a while. Who knows everything she told him she wanted. We know she asked for Him to bring her a skateboard and a Horse, but other than that your guess is as good as ours! We didn't even know she was asking for a horse! (nor did we know she wanted a horse). after she was finished talking with Santa we walked over to get her ice cream and waited for her picture. The kids also recieved a cookie and a glow necklace. Can you believe that they do this all for Free!
We had a great time! There are alot of Things planned here for the Holidays! They are Trucking Snow in next Sunday for the Tree lighting celebration in Marathon. I will post after that day too.
Hope everyone had a Great Thanksgiving! We missed everyone, but had a great day out on the Boat and We finished the day with Pizza and Charlie Browns Thanksgiving, movie.
lOVE YOU ALL
